Ole Knudsen while riding down a hill north of town on his bicycle Sunday night, collided with the team of Peter Larsen. He was thrown off his wheel in such a way that the buggy passed over his body. He was badly bruised and shaken up and was taken to the doctor immediately. His wheel wae completely shattered.

Exira came over Sunday and played a good game of ball with our local eluggere. A 10-inning game was played as the score was a tie at the close of the 9 th. The last inning however told the tale, Elk Horn getting one more lun than Exira score 12 and 11. A little misunderstanning arose among the boys two times during the game one on a foul ball striking close to home base and one on a base out. The Boak of Rules was quickly referred to and the matter straightened out to everybody's satisfaction.

Rev. Gregersen from Wilbur, Wash will preach in the Kimballton Church Sunday morning June 26 Lb. In the evening he will lecture in the Gymnasium hall.

Mr. Christiansen, a teacher from Denmark, who has spent a year at Grand View College gave a very in teresting lecture in Kimballton Thursday night. Only a small num der were there to enjoy it.
