On account of error in assessing Peter Mathisen in 1909 was allowed a refund $60.50.

John Dettmers claimed a refund of 144.90 on ^account error in assessing land contract, was allowed $22.45.

On motion Board proceeded to country to view a Bridge in Hamlin twp Board returned from viewing Bridge add on motion adjourned to meet at 8 o'cloek tomorrow morning.

McLeran, claimed $50 for 10 lambs killed by dogs, allowed 30 00 On motion and by unanimous vote of the Board a resolution was adopted to issue $42,000.00 Funding Bonds to take up the $42,000.00 outstanding Warrants of the County Bridge Fund said Bonds to be in denominations of Five Hundred dollars each payable as follows: $6500.00July 1, 1919, $6500.00 July 1, 1921 and $29,000.00 1, 1931. Optional after 10 years and ah bearing interest at 4Y2 percent per annum payable semi annually.

On motion the bid of the Investor's Securities Company of Des Moines, Iowa for the Bonds authorized by the above resolution of 4% percent and $200. Premium was accepted by the Treasurer and approved by the Board. On motion the Board adjourned to meet September 11,1911.
