Chula Corporal Serves In Austria Cpl. Roy D. Payne, son of Mr and Mrs. Edward Payne, of Chula. Va., recently re-enlisted in the Army for three years while serving in Austria. He is a driver in the 576th Car Company. Payne entered the Army in November 1950 and has been in Austria since May 1951.
