Md . and directs the Garnett Choral Society. The Knights’ youngest son. he graduated at Virginia State Col lege and earned the master of music degree at Columbia University, studying comp' ser-conducting under Harry Robert Wilson Knight is currently doing graduate study at Columb a leading toward his doctorate. He is the first mem ber of his race elected to the Board ef Control of the Maryland Music Education Association. The Garnett Choral Society, which appears in public recitals frequently, has mastered a varied repertoire ranging from the music of the great masters to popular numbers of the day. Knight’s father.
