Wilson, Esq., who is now in Europe for that purpose, has succeeded in raising a loan of for the purpose ol completing the Marietta Bailroad to Wheeling, and that the Pennsylvania Central Railroad has agreed to advance 9908,080—.sufficient to finish the Chartiers Valley Railroad from Washington to Pittsburg. This will make a direct line of railroad from Cincinnati to Philadelphia, through Marietta, Wheeling, Washington aad Pittsburg. !
