Bbfabixo a Wateb Pipb.—William Lang ford, a resident of that interesting place known as the United States Hotel, was charged before the Mayor yesterday with cutting a water pipe. Several witnesses testl- , fled that he was a very bad boy, and was con stantly making a fuss up stairs. He was dis charged with an admonition.
