Miss Rucker is an archeologist and she and Collins will make their home in Alaska, about 40 miles south of Fairbanks, where they both have been working on projects He is with the U S. government. Belona There was a lovely service at Em manuel Episcopal church on Sun day, when the Rev Wilson M Stitt brought a sacred message, and palms were distributed. Recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. H H. Mr. and Mrs. William Temple man, of Warwick, visited Miss Biidie Baugh on Sunday. Mrs B S. Brent, of Powhatan, called in the same home Friday. The lovely snow on Saturday was quite a surprise to all of us. but it made quite a short visit. The frosts that are appearing now are not welcome. Lillie May Bell had the misfortune to break her arm recently, but her mother took her into Richmond to consult a doctor and she is getting on nicely.
