Miss Bessie Estes
Miss Bessie Estes died Tuesday at her home near Washington, after having been in ill health for the past year.
Funeral services .will be held today, Thursday, at 2 o’clock at Washington Baptist church, with the pastor, Rev. M. E. Sliger, officiating. Interment will be in the family burying ground.
Miss Estes, daughter of the late Lucy Settle and Reuben Estes of Rappahannock, is survived by a brother, Hugh Estes of Craig county, and four sisters, Mrs. Ma-' mie Wren of Washington, D. C., and Miss Lucy Estes, Miss Essie Estes, at home, and Mrs. M. C. ('order.
