i ~ ' f <Vff •*« -* * .+ *r &■ '**<&■' In the Friday evening meeting & of the Rappahannock Angus Breeders Association, the incumbrent officers were unanimously reelected by the 19 members, present. J. Rhodes Brown retains his office of president with James E. Yates as vice president, and W. C. Campbell, as Secretary and Treasurer.
Rules and regulations for the fall sale were formulated. They are the same as last year with the exception namely that every calf— must be identified with a permanent type alumimum ear tag to be. provided by the association or the individual consignor should he choose to use his own tag. The tag numbers will be recorded and kept in the association’s files.
The group voted to give the elected slate of officers full authority to act as a committee to act according to their judgment on anything that might come up which might influence the Feeder Calf Sale.
County Agent Bill Lyne reported on the exhibit of Virginia , Feeder Calves at Lenewee, Michigan, last fall and on the promotional trip in which he visited the Virginia Feeder Calf buyers.
