Circuit Court of Rappahbannock County, Virrginia, in Deed Book 52, page 447, to secure the pay* ment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt, and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligation secured by said deed of trust having been declared due .and payable), the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Substituted Trustee, (said James M. Settle, Trustee, having resigned and refused to act under said deed of trust, and said James W.
