Deward E. Walker Jr. (Dicky) of Eastern Oregon Junior College and son of Mrs. Matilda Walker has been awarded the Bob Me Haley Memorial Scholarship.

The award provides full titution for 1958-59 according to Dr. JLyle H. Johnson registar. Deward is majoring in General Studies' and his work concentrated in the fields of English and. the languages.
