Funeral Service For ^

Miss Hitt *

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 230 o’clock in the Methodist Church for Miss Beulah Hitt who died at home here May 13 after a long illness. Her pastor Rev. Anderson D. Goodson conducted the service. Interment was made in the family lot at the Sperryville Cemetery. Miss Hitt who was 73 years of age was the daughter of the late Junes A.!Hitt and Mrs. Alvin Hitt is survived by two sisters, Miss Della and Ebba Hrtt. The pallbearers were Prof. H, B. Winfrey, D. R- Kilby, Clyde At. kins, Charles and Edward Estes, knd C. E- Brown. Those from out of town Who were here for services were; Mr, and Mrs. B. B. Brown, Mrs. Edith Baggett, Mrs. Margaret Anderson of Alexandria, Mrs Ruth Montgomery, Mrs. Emma Brown, Washington, D. C. Mr. and Mrs. W. C.
