Francis Leonard in' Amissyille, Va. Mrs. Willis was a graduate of Drexel Institute in Philadephia. She was a member of the Atlanta Woman’s 'Club, Eastern Star and a Volunteer Pioneer worker for the Scottish Rite Hospital V

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Frands Leonard and one niece Mrs. William A. Hoover of Philadephia.

George E Willis, husband of the deceased, was South Eastern sales manager for the Ohio Brass Co. in". Mansfield Ohio, , and A ; pioneer of the transportation System of the South Eastern.

Funeral services were held. from Spring Hill, in Atlanta, Ga. Interment in Crest Hill Cemetery.
