Ho was instrumental in tho construction of and a past mombor of tho Chester Gap Giro Dopartmont in addition to being instrumental in the construction uf and a member uf Chester Clap Baptist Church.
Mb Williams is survived by his with, Gdith Marie Williams, five children and their spouses. Betty and Floyd Lilly and Kandy and TVrasu Williams of Chester Gap; Frances and J.C. Ruducille and Greg and Lisa Williams of Front Royal; and Shirley ami Bill Prosser of thwuud. W.Vu.
