The line to Baldwin, oa the Fenian dinn and Cedar Keys Railroad, will be nut in operation by the tilth last., aud to Cedar Keys eariv ia February. Tho cable from Cedar Keys to Key West and thence to Havana Will belaid by the Ist of April next.
