The Reeaixs of Majob R. Chaxxixo Pbice arrived yesterday, and were interred at Holy wood. They were escorted by many of his former comrades to their place of rest. To those who knew this gallant officer, we can say but little that would add to his praise. His noble, upright and amiable character is too well known to need further eulogy, He en. tered the army as a private in the Richmond Howitzers, and had risen to the rank of major ou the staff of the lamented Stuart, at the time of his death.
