The Case of Dice Rivers.—The notorious rough, Dick Rivers, hailing from the Sixth Ward of New York city, who has given the police no little trouble since his arrival in Richmond, was again before the Mayor yes terday. This time he was charged with steal ing a bottle of pickles from the store of Mr. Rooke, at the corner of Twenty-third and Main streets. He presented the appearance of a man who had been on a protracted spree.
