Abrkbts.—Andrew Lawler, of the Twelfth United States Infantry, was arrested yester day on a charge of robbing Thomas Toler in the Second Market. William Williamson was arrested, charged with stealing a pair of suspenders.

Claiborne Rogers was taken into custody for stealing a horse belonging to Dr. Charles R. Cullen, of Hanover.
