Petit IjAbcbnt.—John Wyley, a negro, was arraigned before Judge McEntee yesterday on the charge of stealing six chairs, valued at flf teen dollars, from the Monumental Hotel. On being arraigned, he plead not guilty. The fol lowing testimony was heard in the case:
