Culpeper Baseball Team
Wants New Name
A free season ticket and $10 will be given to the person submitting the best name for the Culpeper A.C. baseball team, entered for the first time this season in the Tidewater League. A complete list of rules is published in an advertisement on page 5 of this issue of Rappahannock News.
The contest opened Monday and all entries, addressed to the Culpeper Athletic Club, Culpeper, must 'be postmarked not later than Saturday, May 2Q. Everyon,^ may enter and the're is no limit to the number of names submitted.
The Culpeper A.C. will practice - ’ Sunday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. at the Culpeper athletic field on the Orange road.
