The American Flag was placed on the’ graves of twenty veterans* in simple Memorial Day services in Rappahannock County. e Commander Thomas S. Wigington of Aknerican Legion Post #174, Front Royal, Va. was in charge of the services, and had helping him, Comrade, William Aylor, William Hunter and Harvey Clannagan.
