Dr. Allman in presenting this matter to the Board stated that a ejreat many requests for definite action had come into his office and he requested the Board to >ass an ordinance requiring compulsory vaccination of all dogs inRappahannock County. j W. H. Lvne, County Agent, stated to the Board that 25 or 30 requests had been nade at his office concerning the rabies situation in the county .Also appearing before the board aid recommending the adoptior of a Rabies Ordinance were Johr C. Johnson Assistant District Agent of the .Fish and Wildlife Service.U. S. Department of the Interior and Mr. Jacobs, Head Ranger of the Shenandoah National Park. After a lengthy discussion < f the Rabies Ordinance proposed^ Supervisor! A. H. Buckner mm ed that the whole matter be passed over and further discussed at he June 1st meeting.
