Homecoming In
Washington, Sunday
Sunday, August 4th, is the day set aside for the Homecoming of the Town of Washington. A walking tour has been arranged with the local landmarks to be pointed out by guides. The following, homes will be on display: Home of Mr. and Mrs. J. VV. Critzer; Home of Mr. and Mrs. - Gilbert Updike: Home of Mr. J. W. Price. Jr. The tour will start at 2 o’clock at the Court House.
At 3 o'clock the flag, presented to the town by the Culpeper Chap- _ ter of the D.A.R.. will be dedicated in the Court House yard.
The climax of the day will be a Tea Md in the Ballroom of the Olde Washington House from 2 until 4 p.m. Mrs. W. C- Campbell, c hairman of the tea, with the help of the Indies of the town counc' has r epared a lovely affair. The neorle of Rappahannock and the * >nds of Rapnahannock are conh'dlv invited.
