“Open Houstf'
The Rappahannock Garden * Club's "Open House" held oit October 11, 12 and 13th drew1 visitors from Culpeper, Front Royal, Marshall, Luray, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg Orange and Staunton. Also there were visitors from Georgia, Florida, Washington, D.C. New Jersey and Massachusetts.
Between 250 and 350 guests called *at each of the 3 homes that were open, and guides, which were in costume, found them intensely interested in rhe exhibits.
The high point of the; tour, perhaps, was the attic at_ fjak Forest where Mrs. Williarrawr had on display thousands of blossoms she had dried.
In the dining room tea was (.served by Miss Annie Stephenson, assisted by Mrs. W. M. Fletcher.
