Quaintanoe Jr. In the afternoon they visited Mrs. Clay Mason who is a patient at Royal Haven Nursing home. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Johnson of Baltimore were weekend guests at the Lee Highway Hotel. Mrs. Holmes Hall entertained on Friday evening for dinner at the Lee Highway Hotel Mrs. Mary Britts Quaintance arid her guest Miss Belle Strother; Miss Mary' Helen Bruce of Richmond is spending this week •with her mother Mrs. Helen Brown Bruce who also had as her weekend guest Mrs. A. L. Smith of Gainesville. Mrs. C. R. Hall and her voting daughter Connie or Arlington who have been the gpests of Mr. and Mrs. J. Earl Wayland have returned to their home. Mrs. Julian Wayland and family are spending this week with Mr. and Mrs. Wayland. Julian Wayland who accompanied his family here for the weekend returned to \ i l:ngton Sun. night Larry Way. land stationed at the Art Base in Shreneport. La. who has been with it's parent Mr. and Mrs. 1. Earl Wav land left on Sunday for his post of duty.
