On Wednesday Mr. and Mr*. W. C. Hall had as their dinner guests Dr. L. T. Callahan. Dr. Thos. R. Monks and Dr. Carl W. . Strawberry of Washington, D. C. Their guests spent the afternoon hunting pheasants and chuckers on Mr. King's gamc famt near Rixeyville, Va.
Chuckers were imported from China a few years ago and arc a very desirable game bird, twice tht. size of a partridge, blue grey color and beautifully marked about the head.
