Having been led to believe by the! Eisenhower Administration, that Supreme Court decisions are “the law of the ' land,” we are at a loss to understand why so fine an Eisenhower man as Mr. Dulles would wantj the law of the land . “offset.” Surely he is not so brazen as to question a ruling . of those nine pillars of legal wisdom, jin all probability it’s just that Mr. Dulles has been so busy} with foreign affairs, he doesn’t know of recent precedent^ that have been set.
