Patrick O’Connell owner and chef of The Inn at Little Washington and his attorney, David Fiske. were also present at the hearing; Fiske raised the question of town growth used in the model and what would happen if that did not occur. The Inn, according to a previous conversation the Rappahannock News with Fiske, already is responsible for “60-80 percent” of total usage and prqjeet cost. Fiske said the model “assumed constant growth over the next 20 years.” The unspoken implication was that if the projected growth did not occur; The Inn, and town residents, would likely have to pick up the slack.
