The Civil Docket.—Tho Mayor has had such an immense amount of criminal business before him for the past week that he has not been able to hear any of the civil cases in the bauds of the High Constable. We are re quested to state that the docket will be called on Thursday morning next, when all parties interested will doubtless be in attendance at the City Hnll.
