Davis, of Cincinnati, who, while a correspondent of the Qaeette, was cap tured and confined at Salisbury prison, has been subpoenaed to appear before the military commission to convene in Raleigh, N. C, this coming week, as a witness in the case of the United States against John H. Gee, late com mandant of the Salisbury prison. God help !
