5t Loris, December 21.—Nos. 2 and .1 city buildtug*, on the levee, were burned last Bight. Loss on the building, seventy-five thousand dollars. No. 4 was also nearly destroyed ; loss not ascertained, but said to ho insured.— i No. 1 was badly damaged ; loss unknown. I
