Another of the party, named Hiram Harris, came to Judge McEntee's office on Tuesday and gave himself up, voluntarily stating that he received the horses from Tripp, took them to Petersburg and offered them for sale. The case is one which presents many difficulties, yet it is believed that the whole seven were in some way connected with the theft.
