New Yorr, December 27.—The steamer Leo, from Savannah on the 23d instant, via Port Royal, arrived at this port this morning. The Savannah Herald reports the cotton market as unchanged at 48@49 cents for middlings, with a stock of 10,000 bales in port. All the rivers are now in good boating condition to the in terior.
