Fall ib tub Pbice of Coal.—At the month ly sale of coal yesterday, prices declined from fifty cents to two dollars per ton. Specula tors have held on to their stocks just as long as they were able, and now they are compelled to dispose of them for what they wiU bring. They supposed that long before this a brisk demand would have sprung up for fuel, but the open weather has disappointed them.
