Baltimobe, December 29.—Joseph P. Bled soe, a merchant of Staunton, Virginia, stopped at the Maltby House, on Pratt street, on the 13th instant, with a large amount of money about him, iutonding to purchase goods. He suddenly and mysteriously disappeared on the same night, and has not since been heard of.—
