The colored people of Cincinnati held a meet ing in that city on the twenty-first instant, and resolved to send John Jones, one of their number, as a lobby member to Congress. This action was taken at the suggestion, as it is un derstood, of Charles Sumner, who is anxious that this class of citizens should bring all their "moral pressure " to bear on the present Con gress.
