During the past five years there have been |?,829 children who have received operations, plaster ' casts applied, x-ray treatments, dental treatments, and physical therapy treatments. All of these services were without cost to the children or their parents. A white child residing anywhere in Virginia mav enter the Crippled O' ' ren’s Hospital for treatment r e or she is suffering from a disability requiring orthopedic or plastic surgery for which the parents are un. able to pay.

It is imperative that the Crippled Children’s Hospital receive donations from everyone through^ ou Virginia, however large or small, to enable it it to continue the work of rehabilitating children who would otherwise be crippled of handicapped for life. The Hospital does not participate in the proceeds from the sale of Easter Seals or any Community Chest. This being the case each year on “Donation Day” it asks for the necessary funds to meet the oper. ating expenses during the current year.

Our statistics show that during the past 2Ys years the Hospital ha> treated 5 crippled children from Rappahannock County.

Gift Shop To Open
