The Virginia Agricultural Conffrpni-p Board of Virginia made up of representatives of at least one hundred thousand leading farm men and women is now preparing a bill providing the necessary legislation where by one cent per gallon of the rebate on farm use gasoline will go towards establishing a special fund t o be used for strengthening agricultural research and education in Virginia.
