According to our friend E. ,G. Compton, Delegate to the General Assembly from Greene and Alb'emarle Counties, ‘ one of the most difficult problems before the Assembly will be the fifty million dolar s :iplus in the State Treasury. He predicts that this money, just sitting there unspent will worry a lot of legislators.
