Mr. and Mrs. Thomas'^ tan lev and Mrs. John Staney of Rixeyville visited Mrs. Lucy Bolen .on Sunday in the home of Miss Nellie Atkins and Mrs. Ethel Tyner, who have had as their recent guests Miss Pattie Atkins, Miss Frances Leake and Mrs. Lois Frazier of Warrenton.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Atkins of Chester, Pa. spent Saturday with their parents, Mr. .and Mrs. Hugh S. Atkins and family.

December 2, 1957 WHEREAS on October 23 the Grand Master of the Universe called Brother P. D. Dennis from this earthly Lodge, to the sublime Lodge above, AND WHEREAS, Washington Lodge No. 78 has lost a faithful and loyal member, and the neighborhood of Flint Hill has lost a loyal and highly respected citizen a retired worker for the Highway Department for thirty years and a man who was loved by all who knew him.
