This is the same.tract of land conveyed to the said R. Vt Sneaci,’ Trustee, by the said Edward L. Andrews and Thresa V. Andrews, his .wife, by deed of trust, a reierence to which is hereby made for a more complete and accurate cescription of the same. The real estate hereby conveyed is further described by a plat and survey and deed from jL Allen Williams and wife to the said Edward L. Andrews and Thresh V.
