Ail that certain tract or parcel of land with build' ings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected containing 1.39 acres, more or less, lying, situate and being in Piedmont Magisterial Distztt, Rappahannock County, Virginia, about one and one-half miles southwest of Sperryville, Virginia, on the north side of the Lee Highway and bounded by said Highway, the lands of J. Alien. Williams and others.

This is the same tract of land conveyed to the said R. V. Snead, Trustee, by the said Edward L. Andrews and Thresa V. Andrews, his wife, by deed of trust, a reference to, which is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description'of the same. The real estate hereby conveyed is further described by a plat and survey and deed from J. Allen Williams and wife to the said Edward L. Andrews and Thresa V. Andrews recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 50 at page 284 and 286, a reference to which is hereby made. Also the spring lot described as “Beginning at (1) in plat which is 157 feet by the rqad from the main tract, an iron rod driven on the west side of the road thence South 51‘ 15'.West 80 Feet to (2) and iron rod driven'on the West side of a branch thence > South 75‘ West 63 Feet (3) to a leaning apple bee, thence North 30 West, 20 Feet to (4) an elm tree, thence North 7V East 92 Feet to (6) crossing the branch and passing by an apple bee, to a stake on the - west side of tbeaforesaid Road thence with the west side of said road 20 Feet to the Beginning and Containing

Snead, Trustee, by deed dated July 20, 1950, and duly recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County in Deed Book 54 at page 161, a reference to which is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description of said land, and being the same .identical land conveyed by Harry A.
