T. Instructions To Contestants:

All lighting will be judged froffi tbs exterior of the home. Inside trees and window decorations may be used but they must be visible from the front of the home. /

Points that should be considered when decorating:

Theme or idea your arrangement portrays.

Neatness of arrangement.

Eye catching appeal. The prize list for each community will be announced in the Rappahannock News on Thursday, December 18 and the winners will be announced in the first publication of that paper follow ■ fang Christmas.
