Sorry folks we forgot to let you know there would be no paper1 last week. But after much persuasion and coaxing I finally convinced the boss that we should I' take a few days off and go see how our* city cousins celebrated the coming of a new year.
Last Thursday evening while looking through three city papers' we found the time and place for every kind of New Year's celebra* tion in the ^city except a WatchNight Service. , It seemed like all the night clubs and hotels had planned entertainments for the evening, but not a religious service could be found. We finally resorted to the Yellow Pages of -C the directory and the telephone to ’ locate a service. The church we attended was filled and the sermon —was a wonderful one on the Extras of Life.
