Mrs. Lucy Turner Browning, widow of Dr. Edgar Roberts Brown* mg, died December 30, 1953. at her home in Flint Hill after only three days of illness. 1 . ~ Funeral services were conducted by the Reverend Orion Moore in the Presbyterian Qiurch in Front Royal. Friday, January 1 at 2 ©’clock. Burial v^as in the Front Royal cemetery.

Mrs. Browning was a graduate of Hollins College. Upon the completion of her college career, Mrs. Browning and Miss Bessie Peyton conducted a private school in Front Royal until the time of her marriage. :.Mrs. Browning is survived hy twp sons, John S.
