And the, said .Master Commissioner shall give notice of the time and place for the execution of this order by a publication thereof once a week for three consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, A newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Virginia, which publication shall be equivalent to personal notice to all parties in interest.”
