■ Gladys iRooaevelt Timbers died suddenly August 27 in the Front Royal Hospital. Mrs. Timbem seas born August 29, 1903. She was the daughter of the late Martha Ann and 'Robertson S. Tun* bers. She is survived by a daughter, Vivian Hulene Timbers; three grandchildren; 1 sister-in-law; 1 nephew and 5 nieces. She was a member of the Promise Land Baptist Church, Smedley, where funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Oscar Jackson and assisted by the Rev. Mrs. Hobart Williams. Burial was in the family cemetery. v !
