On consideration whereof, the Court doth ADJUDGE, ORDER and DECREE that this cause be referred to one of the Commissioners of this Court, who is directed to inquire and report to the Court as follows: I

FIRST: All the estate, real hind personal, belonging to Joshua Jacob Hudson, the incompetent |respondent, his share or interest therein, where situated and what is its fee simple and annual value.

SECOND: Whether the interests of the said Joshua Jacob Hud* son, incompetent, will be promoted by the sale of the real estate mentioned in the complainant's bill, or any part thereof, and an investment of the proceeds of sale.
