To the owners of the business places and the owners or operators of the three or four automobjes that were parked in front of the E.. M. Swartz store on route 522 and route 100 in Sperryville, Virginia sfin last Friday; May 3, 1957 at approximately 6:15 P.M. at which time T svas given a summons for parking on the highway. I was driving a 1954 yellow Plymouh, license No. 326-176.
I parked in the only available place in front of the store and was only out of my car less than two minutes as I was in a hurry to get home after a days Work at State Convict Road Hamp #26 in Leesburg. Virginia, but I was held'up for'more than fifteen minutes by an officer who apparently did not know how to make out a summons, and I had to ask a friend what his name was as it was so badly, signed.
