The Woman’s Missionary Society of the Washington Baptist Church met Tuesday afternoon May 7th, m the Educational Building with Mrs. F. D. Wood ns the Leader. Mrs. Campbell conducted the Devotonal Period reading John 4-5-14:; Jeremiah 2: 1.1. She and Mrs. G L. Epdike sang “I Heard the Y'oice of Jesus Say". Other members who took part on the program were: Mrs. Stant Weaver, Mrs. L. J. Turner and Mrs. J. Frank Jones. The Christian Home and The Family Altar was stressed. -The discussion of Billy Graham's Campaign was a high light of the meeting The "•reparation for this campaign began eight months ago, beginning on May 15th, and continuing well into September, Madison Square Garden is available if the Lord directs that the Crrisade should continue that lang. Everyone is urged to pray for the success of this Crusade. As Christians pray we are confident that thg seeming insurmountable obstacles which lie ahead will vanish away and that God himself will receive the glory.
L'nder the head of business it was decided to send a check to our missionary Miss Anne Dwyfr who is stationed at the Baptist Hospital in Gaza.
The meeting closed with the Mizpah Benediction.
